De grote villa ligt op een prominente locatie (Capo Berta) boven de havenstad Imperia. Deze luxe villa is geschikt voor max. 8 personen.
Op de begane grond is de ruime woonkamer met open haard, leeshoek en een grote eettafel. In de goed uitgeruste keuken met vaatwasser kunnen liefhebbers van koken zich uitleven. 2 slaapkamers en een badkamer zijn ook op dit niveau. Vanaf hier hebt u directe toegang tot het terras met een eigen barbecue en panoramisch uitzicht op zee.
Via de marmeren trap komt u op de eerste verdieping. Deze is verdeeld in 3 slaapkamers met een kleedkamer en 2 badkamers.
Het afgelegen bovenste terras biedt zonaanbidders veel ruimte en een rustige omgeving.
Het grote zwembad met uitzicht op zee is voor gemeenschappelijk gebruik. Binnen het afgesloten terrein kunt u uw auto veilig parkeren.

Imperia is the fourth largest town in Liguria. It became a municipality in 1923 as a consequence of the union of Oneglia and Porto Maurizio, two towns on the Western Riviera divided by the mouth of the River Impero.
The two nuclei remain distinct despite the administrative merger and extensive property development.
Porto Maurizio was an ally of Genoa from the thirteenth century onwards, while Oneglia, the natural sea outlet of the Impero Valley, was allied with the House of Savoy from 1576. Oneglia's origins as a town date back to mediaeval times. Worth visiting are Palazzo Doria (now completely transformed), which was the birthplace of Andrea Doria, and the church of San Giovanni Battista. Porto Maurizio, which stands on a promontory, began to develop after 1000 AD: the oldest district is called Parasio. The cathedral and the historic buildings are well worth visiting.
Plaatsbeschrijving: Oneglia
Oneglia was under piemont rule for a long time, but now makes up a part of Imperia.
Here you will find two rather interesting, yet odd museums. One is the spaghetti museum. On display every imaginable device for making dough and pasta products.
The other is the villa of the Clown "Grock", born in Switzerland as Karl Adrien Wettach (Jan. 10, 1880 - July 14, 1959). He spent his last years here on the riviera and his villa is open to the public, bringing back memories of the "clown hall of famer".
Via Bonfante in Oneglia invites you to an elegant and copius shopping spree, while those who prefer to stimulate their tastebuds, can enjoy the Via San Giovanni with its many culinary bounties.

alles war gut 1. Strand in Diano Marina - ein super Sandstrand. 2. Exotischer Kakteengarten neben Bordighera ist sehr schön 3. Grotte die Toirana sind auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert!

Bei dieser Größe des Hauses wäre wohl ein Staubsauger angebracht und bei der Terasse (1.Stock) wäre es für uns besser gewesen wenn die Umrandung komplett geschlossen wäre, da wir einen Hund dabei hatten. Monte Carlo und die Restaurants am Hafen

Mehr Kochgeschirr für die Grösse des Hauses ( 8 Personen) - habe ich aber schon vor Ort ihrer Mitarbeiterin gesagt. Alles in Ordnung. Imperia , Menton, Nizza, Dolcedo.......... Wir waren nun schon zum vierten MAl in diesem Domizil, das spricht eigentlich für sich.Wir kommen immer wieder gerne.

Wir haben einige ihrer Tips befolgt und waren sehr zufrieden. Restaurants zb das Macaroni in Diano marina, sehr gut gefallen hat uns auch das cinque torre in civezza. Pesto und Olivenöl etc haben wir gut eingekauft in Diano San Pietro, Venturino Bartolomeo. Wer Interesse an Pferden und Reiten hat ist zu empfehlen der Reiterhof in Dolceaqua.

Tout était en ordre, c'était fantastique! Peut-être 8 chaises-longues pour prendre le soleil à la piscine (il y avaient seulement 6). Sûrement visiter Porto Maurizio, c'est une place chouette. Restaurant : Baia Corallo à Porto Maurizio, avec une belle vue sur le port, un menu très bien, et pas chère.

Perhaps softer matras and new pillows in the beds. It was great. Nice garden. To visit Diano Marina, Cervo and the caves in Toirine. * Replace dishwasher as this is causing problems in the electric circuit. * Shower curtains so that the floor isn't completely wett in two of the 3 badrooms. * The large bedroom on the mainfloor is a bit wet from the badroom next door and this causes small mould stains on the walls.
